I designed this Lithophane Calibration test for a standard sized nozzle 0.4mm.All thicknesses are multiples of 0.4 to help with choosing appropriate max/min thicknesses.The only exception is the 0.5mm which i did intentionally. It would print as a hole, unless you choose “Print thin walls”, which just made for a messier
