I created this myself using TinkerCAD to fit a lithophane I generated using the tool at 3dp.rocks/lithophane. I measured the lithophane I generated after printing it using some digital calipers and created a stand that can support the object. My lithophane was roughly 3mm thick and 100mm wide and fits snugly in this holder
