Print flat (PLA),Put in hot water (be careful do not burn yourself) or heat it with a hairdryer,Thermoform around your wrist.I made different lengths.The smallest ones, 130, 140, 150 and 160 mm long will fit most children and adults with smaller wrists.I have also made 170,180, 190 and 200 mm long ones for bigger wrists
