Standard bracelet sizer cone. The very top is 5″ circumference, and the very bottom is 9″ circumference. Use a sharpie and a paper ruler to verify and mark every 1/4″. Some of the ones online to purchase have a 1/4″ space between very top and very bottom, this does not.
